Contact forms

This site has two forms you may choose to fill out: a Contact Us form and a Prayer Request form. If you submit either, we collect your name, email address, subject or title, and your message (the Contact Us form also asks for a phone number). This information is emailed directly to the church office so we can respond to you — it isn’t published on the site or stored anywhere else.
