Worship Services

At LeRoy UMC, we welcome everyone to worship with us at 10:30 AM every Sunday morning to celebrate God’s Grace through Jesus Christ. Our worship incorporates vibrant traditional hymns, the reading of Scripture, a relevant message connecting God’s Word to the world today, and Spirit-filled prayer leading to lives transformed by God’s love.

Our Traditional Worship features traditional, well-loved hymns played on our beautiful Esty Pipe Organ (one of only 5 Esty Pipe Organs in the country).

No matter who you are or where you come from, we invite you to join us in worship. We celebrate Holy Communion the first Sunday of every month and at special worship service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there someone that will greet visitors?

Yes! Absolutely! One of our ushers will greet you at the door and hand you a bulletin. Please feel free to ask for assistance, directions to the restrooms, etc We are ALL here to welcome and assist you.

Is there handicapped parking available?

Yes. There are handicapped parking spots reserved in front of the church. We also have a handicap lift to help you avoid the stairs if so needed.

Is free parking available?

All parking is free.

How will I know if worship is cancelled due to inclement weather?

If worship service is cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather, an announcement will be posted on our website and social media accounts as soon as the decision is made. However, we encourage all visitors to exercise caution when making the decision to travel in inclement weather.

Can non-members attend a worship service?

Yes! All are welcome in the United Methodist Church. During this worship service we hope you have experienced God’s loving presence, forgiveness, encouragement, and hope. If you would like to devote your life to the Way of Christ, and/or make LeRoy United Methodist your church home, we invite you to discuss your intentions with Pastor Rivera after this service, or call him during the week at 585-768-8980.

How do I get there?

We are conveniently located in the Village of LeRoy in Western New York on 10 Trigon Park. From the New York State Thruway (I-90), take the LeRoy/NY-19 exit (exit 47) toward I-490. Take exit 1 toward NY-19/LeRoy/Brockport and continue onto NY-19 S for about 4 miles. Turn left onto Main St and travel approximately one third of a mile east on Main St and you will find us on the right side.
